Community Health Module — Skill

Purpose

Audit and maintain community health files per GitHub's community standards. Check existence, freshness, and accuracy of standard community files. Propose and create missing files from templates with owner approval.

When This Module Runs

• Full assessment: Runs as module #3 in execution order (after Security and Release Health)
• Narrow check: Runs alone when owner asks about community health
• Cross-repo check: Runs against multiple repos when owner asks "are any repos missing SECURITY.md?" etc.
