Mode

This skill runs in one of two modes:

Interactive (default) — present plan, wait for confirmation, walk through each violation reconciliation with the developer. Suitable for human-in-the-loop runs.
CI — auto-apply the plan without prompts; per-violation policy is the "recommended" path; the entire run is transactional (all pre-flights pass or no files are modified). Suitable for claude -p invocations in CI pipelines, scheduled rebuilds, or any unattended context.
