Options

• --quick: scan last 20 sessions per source. Skip Layer 3 calibration. Target: <60 seconds.
• --full: scan all sessions. Full pipeline including Layer 3 calibration.
• --dry-run: present findings and proposed CLAUDE.md diff without writing. Can combine with either mode.
• (no flag): use AskUserQuestion to let the user choose between quick and full before proceeding.
