Preferred Conversion Paths

• HTML → PDF: Use Chrome headless (best fidelity for complex HTML/CSS).
• Markdown/other → PDF: Use WeasyPrint (Python‑native).

If HTML conversion via Chrome headless is unavailable, fall back to WeasyPrint.
