The skill wires a Webex channel via webhook (see SKILL.md "Credentials" instructions to create a bot and "set up a webhook" and VERIFY.md which says "Add the bot to a Webex space or send it a direct message"), so the agent will receive and process untrusted, user-generated Webex messages that could contain instructions affecting agent behavior.
