This is a Jira API smoke-test script, not clear malware, but it logs portions of JIRA_API_TOKEN and the Base64-encoded Basic credentials, creating a credential-disclosure risk through console or CI logs. It also sends the full credentials to the environment-configured JIRA_BASE_URL without validating that destination, and creates and transitions a Jira issue. Severity is moderate; no fixed external domain or URL is present in the code.
