1. Discover existing knowledge

Inventory current Markdown, SDDs, ADRs, research notes, runbooks, reviews, post-mortems, diagrams, issue links, and external sources. Respect existing naming and folder conventions.

Completion criterion: The knowledge sources and duplicates are known.
