Review the Clara inbox

Connect to https://mcp.heyitsclara.com/mcp and complete Clara's authentication flow before using account data.

Use list_businesses to resolve the intended business when it is not already clear. Use the narrowest tool that answers the request:

• list_inquiries for inbox triage and filters
• get_inquiry for one full conversation
• list_calls for the raw call log
• get_recording only when the person asks for a recording or transcript
• get_call_statistics for call-volume trends
• search when the person provides a name, number, topic, or phrase instead of an ID

Summarize what the tools return. Preserve uncertainty, distinguish calls from texts, and include stable inquiry or customer IDs when the next action may need them. Do not infer urgency, intent, or outcomes that Clara did not record.

Inbox review is read-only. If the person asks to mark, close, or reply to an inquiry, explain the intended change and obtain confirmation before calling a write tool.
