This skill answers one question: what the product shows a person who is already inside it, on which screen, in what form, how often, which message gets the screen when several want it, and how those displays connect to the messages the program sends outside the product.

"The product" is the app, and the part of a site that exists only for an identified person: the account area, the workspace. The public pages of a site, the catalog and the articles, stay with onsite-capture even when a known person is on them. The boundary runs along the surface, not along the person.
