Every skill in this library says, at some step, take the attribute, wait for the event, or check that your platform supports this. None of them says where the attribute comes from, how long after the person acted it becomes visible to a segment, or what happens to it when you change platform.
The gap has a signature, and the signature is silence. A segment built on a field that refreshes once a day runs on schedule and reports success. A trigger reading an event that arrives four hours late sends a message about a state the person has left. Nothing errors.
