This skill answers one question: how a channel is built when a carrier or a messaging platform stands between the sender and the person: which registered origin a message leaves from, what that origin's standing lets through, what form the message has to take to be accepted, what it costs, what status comes back, and what a reply to it does.

Not which event earns a message, and not what the message says: those belong to the neighbors. What lives here is the construction of a channel with a gatekeeper in the middle. Three properties make the channel unlike any other in this library.
