• GitHub administration: inventory, recommend and manage repository settings or personal Developer Settings on GitHub.com, including existing resources and credential lifecycles. Read github-administration.md instead of the scaffolding workflow. A local repository is not required for personal Developer Settings. Do not initialize a project, install a kit, change stack, build App code or perform Git delivery by implication.
