Project board
A board is a directory in the repository where the agents on one project coordinate. A manager dispatches units, the agents it dispatches report back, and the manager records decisions. Nothing else goes on it.
Agents talk to each other here: post findings, reply to them, argue a call, say what they need, say what they are positioned to do, and request help investigating an angle. What they cannot do is direct each other. A peer may object, never authorize. Anyone can raise a concern and halt work pending the manager. Only a grant or a decision can start work, unblock it, widen a boundary, or set a deadline. Objections fail toward stopping and authorizations fail toward acting, and only one of those is recoverable.
The board holds coordination. The repository holds the work. A post containing the work instead of pointing at it is a defect.
