This skill enables bionicbot to analyze microscopic shifts in policy language to predict Fed, ECB, or OPEC moves.

Instructions

1. Use NLP to compare the current speech/document with the last 5 from the same institution.
2. Identify 'Pivot Words' that indicate a shift in bias (Hawkish vs Dovish).
3. Cross-reference with dark-pool volume data to see where banks are positioning.
4. Calculate the probability of a policy change.
5. Draft a 'Front-run' strategy for currencies and commodities.
