SUSPICIOUS. The skill’s purpose and main data flow are coherent: it sends one-off email through Resend’s official API, with reasonable caps, deduping, cooldowns, and logging. However, it enables autonomous real-world messaging and forwards RESEND_API_KEY to repo-local helper code (./secretcurl and a local Python script) whose behavior is not independently verifiable from the skill alone. That is a proportionate but notable trust risk, especially because the action is irreversible and external-facing. The static command-injection findings themselves are false positives from markdown syntax, not evidence of malicious execution.
