[SAFE]: The skill consists entirely of Markdown instructions and documentation. It contains no shell scripts, binaries, or hooks that execute on load or runtime.
[SAFE]: Installation and update procedures recommended in the documentation promote secure practices, such as manually reviewing git logs and pinning updates to specific, reviewed commit hashes.
[SAFE]: File access is limited to standard project management tasks, such as reading project structures and writing Markdown plan files to a local plans/ directory.
[SAFE]: External tool usage is restricted to standard development utilities (Git and GitHub CLI) which the agent is expected to use for repository management tasks.
