The skill explicitly instructs bootstrapping/joining machines and deploying/upgrading cluster-wide services (WireGuard, Docker containers, Caddy), and running commands like uc machine init / uc machine add / uc caddy deploy which modify system services, networking, and machine state and therefore require elevated privileges and can compromise the host.
