The skill instructs users to run "npx agnic@latest" which at runtime fetches and executes the remote npm package (https://www.npmjs.com/package/agnic or registry URL https://registry.npmjs.org/agnic), and that fetched code is required to perform model calls and thus can directly control prompts/execute remote code.
