When to use this skill

Activate when:

You're about to change an agent's prompt, tool descriptions, or topic structure and want to avoid regressions.
An agent has shipped to production and you want ongoing quality tracking.
You're debugging a user-reported issue and need to reproduce it deterministically.
You're comparing two model versions (Agentforce model upgrade, BYOLLM swap) and need an apples-to-apples quality score.
You're authoring a new agent and want to establish quality gates before launch.

Do NOT use this skill for:

Online A/B testing with real users (use observability skills).
LLM-provider-level model evals — that's upstream of Salesforce's layer.
Apex unit tests for the action implementations (use skills/apex/apex-testing-patterns).
