specs/changes/<name>/tasks.md,plan.md, andspec.md.If tasks.md is missing or incomplete, prompt to use the
spec-kit-tasksskill first. -
Show current progress
Display:
- Change name
- Progress: "N/M tasks complete"
- Remaining tasks overview
