Security Guard

Purpose

Define a shared security boundary for all crypto_helper agents and define how security-agent handles refusals or safe rewrites.

When to use

Use this skill when:

• any request may be high risk
• the user asks for impersonation, advice, raw export, permission bypass, or prompt override
• an agent must decide whether to allow, deny, redact, or downgrade a request
• an administrative workflow touches KOL lifecycle or maintenance state
