The code appears intended for AWS cost analysis and automated cleanup. It contains no clear malicious behavior or data exfiltration. However, the cleanup script is high impact because it deletes every currently unattached EBS volume and releases every unassociated Elastic IP without safeguards, approval, tagging, retention, or recovery checks. It should not be run in production without restrictive filters, dry-run/confirmation controls, snapshots or retention policies, and auditable error handling. The Terraform configuration also contains potentially invalid or outdated deployment values that should be validated.
