Grilling

Interview the user until you reach a shared understanding. Map the topic as a design tree: every decision branches into the decisions that hang off it.

Resolve every .agents/projects/ path from the repository root; never read or write project artifacts in a global agent-installation directory.

Process

1. Identify the active project. Read .agents/projects/<project>/CONTEXT.md and LINKS.md when they exist. Inspect the repository for facts; do not ask the user for facts that the environment can establish.

   Done when known facts and unresolved decisions are distinct.
