SKILL.md. Agent Skills CLI 1.5.23 discovers 24 because
style-skill-creator and voice-dna-creator have invalid YAML frontmatter at
that snapshot. style-skill-creator also declares the frontmatter name
cw-style-skill-creator, which does not match its directory. The repository had
no release tags at audit time.
