• The work history, decisions, validation results, and next steps need to be preserved for later use.

Do Not Use For

• A transcript that reproduces every message in dialogue order.
• Knowledge extraction that intentionally omits the session history.
• Reconstructing work that is not present in the available conversation or evidence.
