Process shape (why this form)

Three beats: blind wave → digest → revision.

• Wave 1 (blind) — N legs get the identical prompt and never see each other. Blindness is the mechanism: diversity comes from sampling, so agreement means something.
• Digest — pure code, no model call: each expert gets an anonymized set of others’ answers (labels renumbered; no hole that reveals their own id).
• Wave 2 (revision) — each successful leg revises honestly: only the force of a peer argument is a reason to move; herd and stubbornness are both forbidden.
