Process

1. Scope

Resolve the page (slug/route/page-spec). Read docs/agents/qa.md if present.

2. Check

Use checklist.md. Prefer running the app and inspecting the DOM. If axe/lighthouse/playwright a11y tools exist in the repo, run them and merge findings — tools don't replace the checklist.
