Brand Voice

Make the brand a hero-level signal and lock voice rules agents can obey.

Process

1. Load

Read BRIEF.md. Read existing brand assets in the repo. Read docs/agents/design-rules.md if present.

2. Grill (one at a time)

1. Product / site name as it must appear in the hero (not only in nav)
2. One-line positioning
3. Voice axes (e.g. warm↔clinical, playful↔serious) — pick poles
4. Words to prefer / ban
5. Imagery keywords (what the dominant visual must show)
6. Brand test: "If we strip the nav, does the first viewport still belong to us?"
