Setup Site Skills

Scaffold the per-repo configuration the Site Skills assume. This is prompt-driven, not a deterministic script: explore, present, confirm, then write.

Process

1. Explore

Read what exists; don't assume:

• git remote -v, package manifests (package.json, pnpm-workspace.yaml, astro.config.*, next.config.*, vite.config.*)
• AGENTS.md / CLAUDE.md — any ## Agent skills block?
• docs/site/, docs/agents/
• Design signals: *.fig links in README, tokens.css, tailwind.config.*
• Analytics signals: GA / Plausible / Segment snippets or env vars
• Issue tracker signals: GitHub remote, .scratch/

2. Present findings and ask (one section at a time)
