Launch gate after /visual-qa is clean enough (no open blockers).

Process

1. Load

Page-spec(s) in scope, TRACKING.md if any, docs/agents/analytics.md, stack notes.

Check IA.md for pages that are neither built nor under Deferred. If any exist, say so and offer the per-page loop (/page-spec → /implement-ui → /visual-qa) before running the gate.

2. Walk the gate

Use checklist.md. Explore the repo/app for evidence; mark each item pass / fail / n/a with notes.

When time allows, pull in model-invoked passes and fold their blockers into this report:
