Site Wayfinder

A site effort wrapped in fog: redesign, reposition, or greenfield too big for one session. Wayfinding finds the way — decisions, not deliverables — until the route to /page-spec (and the main flow) is clear.

Adapted from engineering wayfinding for site destinations: brief, brand, IA, direction, tokens — not feature modules.

Plan, don't do

Default: each ticket resolves a decision. The map is done when nothing remains to decide before building. The urge to start /implement-ui means you've hit the edge of the map — hand off.

Refer by name

Refer to the map and tickets by title (link wrapped), never bare #42.

Read docs/agents/issue-tracker.md (run /setup-site-skills if missing). Use its Wayfinding operations section. Default: local markdown under .scratch/ if no tracker configured.
