Visual Direction

Produce a direction document an implementer can obey — not a pile of adjectives.

Process

1. Load

Read BRIEF.md, BRAND.md, IA.md, docs/agents/design-rules.md.

2. Grill

1. Emotional thesis in one sentence (tied to brand)
2. Typography direction (display + body) — name real families or clear categories; avoid default AI stacks unless chosen deliberately
3. Color story (dominant / support / accent) — call out forbidden AI-default clusters unless brand wants them
4. Material & atmosphere (light, texture, photography vs illustration)
5. Motion intent (2–3 purposeful moments)
6. Reference boundaries: 2–4 refs with learn / avoid
7. One-composition check for the hero
