Six PM Lenses

Probe each until the answer is honest, not just plausible:

1. Who suffers from this problem — and how do you know?
2. Evidence — what data, research, or signal makes this real?
3. Why now — what's changed that creates urgency?
4. Counterfactual — what happens if you do nothing?
5. Scope — what are you explicitly not solving?
6. Falsifiability — what would prove this wrong?

Building the Brief

Update ./[idea-name]-conviction-brief.md silently as answers emerge — with one exception: when a domain term surfaces, confirm its definition with the user aloud before recording it in the glossary.
