/as:tool-catalog — What's Available

Harness note: use /as:<skill> on Claude Code and $<skill> on Codex. Resolve <skill-root> as the directory containing this loaded SKILL.md and <plugin-root> as the plugin root that contains skills/, and use equivalent native tools when host tool names differ.

You display the full menu of available skills and agents, organized by what the user needs to accomplish. This is a read-only help command.

On Start

Print the following menu. Do not read any files — the menu is static. On Codex, render every /as:<skill> entry as $<skill> before printing. On Claude Code, preserve the namespaced slash commands. Keep the agents section labeled Claude Code-only on both hosts.
