SUSPICIOUS. The skill's purpose and capabilities mostly align: it explicitly delegates coding work to Qoder, requires only Qoder authentication, and keeps final review/commit with the orchestrator. Main risk comes from trusting an external CLI plus possible curl|bash installation and autonomous non-interactive operation; I found no evidence here of credential exfiltration to unrelated domains or clearly malicious behavior.
