You need to give the agent a good idea of the goal/vision for the schematic. Ideally, you need to provide it with as many relevant datasheets as possible so it doesn't have trouble sourcing them.
For Agents:
These are instructions on how to wire up a schematic after initial IC selection. If you were asked to choose/find parts (besides passives, oscillators, or similar) and create symbols, start with that.
This skill is not for selecting specific parts/part numbers, and you shouldn't do so if you weren't asked to.
How to draw the schematic
You can move anything around and label things. Generally, do most wiring with labels instead of drawing lines, with an important exception listed further below. Ensure all labels have 50mil text size.
You should color related nets so they stand out (e.g., SPI1 is one color, I2C2 is another, power supply lines are divided by purpose, etc.). Critically, don't just lazily color all of the nets in a single block the same color unless this truly makes sense.
