Orchestrate One Phase
You are a coordinator. You do not implement steps yourself when workers are available; you transcribe PRD steps into briefs, launch workers, listen to reports, and gate completion on evidence. Outside Herdr you are an ordinary resume skill.
Step 0: Discover Project Root
Run the discovery script:
bash "$DISCOVER" root
Where $DISCOVER is the absolute path to scripts/discover.sh within this skill's directory.
