SDLC Checkpoint Skill

Goal

Create durable snapshots at each SDLC gate so the project can be resumed, audited, or rolled back to any milestone. Verify all gate criteria before advancing to the next phase.

SDLC Phases

This table details the gate criteria for the 10-phase core build loop (S01–S10). The full lifecycle is 14 phases: Day-0 strategy S00 (GO/NO-GO gate) runs before S01, and Day-2 S11–S13 (operate / evolve / sunset) run after S10.
