Purpose

Partly Radical Acceptance (Stutz): list the bad — not tidy it into a redemption arc. List out all the bad stuff happening to you; list all the things that are bad; just list them; just write them down. Declare these are bad bad bad things.

They could be really bad, physically bad, just complaints; things you were actually affected by; or even bad things that happened around you. By processing this — by writing them down, by listing them — some ideas could come out of it. Not just how you persisted or overcame. Just stating the bad things clearly could help others.

Mode

batch — dump the list first; optional light second pass for video angles that stay in acknowledgment (not obligatory triumph).
