decompose-workflow-skill owns decomposition, approval, orchestration, validation, and reporting. workflow-to-skill creates children; workflow-callstack-simulation simulates.

Run every numbered procedure step in this skill and the resulting workflow skill in a new, fresh subagent. Give each subagent only its step definition and declared inputs, including required prior-step outputs.

Inputs

1. Target skill: An existing skill in any unambiguous resolvable form, including a repository-relative directory/SKILL.md.
2. Decomposition controls: Optional focus, names, exclusions, configuration, and boundary preferences in useful form.

Outputs

1. Decomposition result: The exact Step 12 report, with its required completion gate and exactly one permitted status. The Decomposition result terminal-packet contract carries all artifacts available to its producing step, created/changed paths, exact status/condition, and <Label>: none (<reason>) for every unavailable Step 12 field.
