Prerequisites

• Python 3.10+
• Arcads API key from app.arcads.ai/settings/api
• Optional tools for advanced workflows:
  • ffmpeg (video stitching, chroma-key)
  • jq (JSON parsing in bash scripts)
  • Node.js + npx hyperframes (caption burn-in)
  • openai-whisper (transcription: pip install openai-whisper)
