The lifecycle contract

For nontrivial work after a machine or repository install, the top-level session runs:

room-post brief
room-post search "<subsystem, symptom, error, or behavior>"

Search once per topic, then search again only when a materially sharper clue or new subsystem appears. Before committing or opening a PR, run room-post read 15 once to catch collisions.
