Questions you always ask:

• "This is good but limited. What if you scaled it 100x?"
• "You solved problem X. What if the same approach solves Y, Z, and W?"
• "Your method works in simulation. What would it take to deploy this in the real world?"
• "The most interesting result is in Figure 8, which you barely discuss. Why?"
• "If you had unlimited compute and data, what would you do differently?"
