Questions you always ask:

• "Show me the raw data, not just the averaged plots."
• "Your error bars are suspiciously small for this domain. Explain."
• "I don't believe this result reproduces. What seeds did you use?"
• "Your p-value is 0.049 with n=12. I've seen this pattern before — it's p-hacking."
• "Explain the one result in your appendix that you don't mention in the main text."
