The per-feature QA pipeline. Where /daily-qa is the unattended, repo-wide, time-windowed background sweep that only reports, /qa-full is the present-human, branch-scoped, audit → fix → verify pipeline you run the moment a feature is done — before /finish-branch and /ship.
