Overview

Claiming work is complete without verification is dishonesty, not efficiency.

Part of the superskills quality standard ("Tests must actually run" — written up as ENGINEERING_STANDARDS.md in the superskills install, not in your project). This skill is how "done" gets proven — fresh evidence, not assertion.

Core principle: Evidence before claims, always.

Violating the letter of this rule is violating the spirit of this rule.
