Atlas for SQL Server

What is specific to SQL Server when Atlas manages the schema. The atlas skill covers the workflows and commands; this skill covers the rules, edge cases, and answers that differ on SQL Server. Behavior is described for SQL Server 2022; where a compatibility level changes it, the text says so.
