Atlas for Redshift

What is specific to Amazon Redshift when Atlas manages the schema. The atlas skill covers the workflows and commands; this skill covers the rules, edge cases, and answers that differ on Redshift. Redshift speaks the PostgreSQL wire protocol, but it is a separate Atlas driver with its own HCL and its own limits: do not apply PostgreSQL advice (indexes, sequences, extensions, triggers, docker:// dev URLs) to it.
