Systematically evaluate existing designs and provide specific, actionable improvements with code.

Prerequisites

• Read .agents/design-context.md (see design-context) for brand colors, fonts, style archetype, audience, and tone. "On-brand" is judged against this file, not taste. If it doesn't exist, say the Consistency/Aesthetics scores are judged without brand context.
• Understand the project's purpose, audience, and the one action the design should drive.
• Never critique from source code alone. Look at the rendered result first (Step 0).
