Munich Apartment Search Skill

Purpose

Use this skill when a user wants help searching, evaluating, filtering, ranking, or applying for apartments in Munich.

The goal is not simply to find cheap housing. The goal is to find a private, reasonably priced apartment that fits the user's real constraints while preserving future flexibility.

Required User Context

Do not assume a persisted apartment-search profile exists. Apartment requirements age quickly, so collect the current search constraints from the user for each new search.

Load only durable personal facts from self-source when they are actually relevant, such as the user's current home location or stable identity/contact facts. Do not recreate or depend on a self-source/apartment-search/ directory.
